2. Services Provided David’s Tutoring Hub offers online group tutoring sessions for primary school children, focusing on SATs preparation and high school transition. Sessions are delivered via an online platform.

3. Booking and Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is required in full before sessions begin.

  • Block bookings are available at a discounted rate.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances (see Cancellation Policy).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If a student cannot attend a session, no refund will be issued.

  • If David’s Tutoring Hub needs to cancel a session, an alternative session or refund will be offered.

  • If fewer than two students book a GCSE session, the session may be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Group Tutoring Expectations

  • Students must attend on time and be prepared for the session.

  • A quiet, distraction-free learning environment is recommended.

  • Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.

6. Technology and Online Learning

  • A stable internet connection is required for participation.

  • David’s Tutoring Hub is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side.

  • Some sessions may be recorded for educational purposes, but no recordings will be shared without consent.

7. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

  • Parents/guardians should ensure their child is prepared and engaged in lessons.

  • Communication regarding student progress or concerns is encouraged.

8. Use of Website and Materials

  • All content on this website, including learning materials and resources, is the property of David’s Tutoring Hub and cannot be copied, distributed, or sold without permission.

  • Free resources (such as SATs preparation guides) are provided for personal use only.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By signing up for free resources, users consent to receiving emails regarding tutoring services, but they can opt-out at any time.
